They toss it...
And leave it
And I pull up quick to retrieve it

Hee! I love "Baby Got Back" - my friends and I would always sing it last year. Good times, yes.

Anyway, I've just completely lost interest in fixing this computer. I see that there's a hacker, who uses at least 30 hours of internet time every month, looks at the lyrics of heavy metal bands on AZLyrics.com, and is currently moving the mouse. *sigh* Stupid hacker-y bastard. Screw them.

I've been pretty busy. If not doing homework, then working out, doing chores, checking my email, or watching TV. We have satellite now, so I've fallen into the group of 'braindead teenagers who watch far too much TV,' as opposed to my 'hopeless antisocial internet geeks' category. I find television much more fulfilling then anything internet-ty, for some reason.

I've read a self-help book, it's good. I'd read it before, but for some reason, it just means more to me now.

I was pretty active in discussions in class today. Well, more so than I usually am. I had a pretty big surge of confidence, since D-l wasn't there, with his odd glances. He looks at me funny. Either he knows I like him and is trying to figure me out, or I have food in my teeth every day, without fail. I'd like to think that he's interested in me, but hey, I'm gonna be realistic.

I'm enjoying school a lot. It's all fun, super-good, and all of that.

And... that's about all I have to say, I suppose. I'm a cyber-loner, I think. I just don't find internet people overly interesting. You can't see them, or the way they flip their hair, the way their eyes crinkle when they smile, the way they blush rose red when talked to by a certain person. And I think that's a shame.

D-l has freck-les; cute ones. Tons of them. I guess Dan doesn't have freckles. He also has green eyes. Dan doesn't have green eyes. Nonetheless, I find it shocking how much he looks like Dan-Dan. I've had opportunities to look at him close up recently, but we've still never spoken a word to each other. Ah, I'll give it time.

then + now
